Ⅰ. Introduction to 15-24kV 250A Straight Connector
NKS POWER straight connectors are suitable for 15kV and 24kV electrical systems with a rated current of 250A. It is used for 250A outlet termination of European-style ring network cabinets or special cable outlet termination for combined transformers using European-style ring network cabinets. Applicable cable cross section: 25-120mm²

The product matches the Type A bushing in EN50180&50181.
Ⅱ. Features of 15-24kV 250A Straight Connector
1. Excellent Electrical Performance
NKS POWER 15(24) kV 250A straight-through plug has excellent electrical performance. Its cable rated voltage is 8.7/15 kV and 12/20 kV, and the system voltage is 15 kV and 24 kV, which can meet the needs of power systems of different voltage levels. In the dielectric strength test, the AC withstand voltage of the plug was 39 kV/5 minutes and 54 kV/5 minutes, and the impulse voltage was 95 kV and 125 kV respectively. Its shielding resistance always remained below 5000 Ω, showing excellent stability and reliability in high-voltage environments. In addition, the partial discharge value of the plug at 15 kV and 20 kV voltages was kept below 10 pC, effectively reducing corona discharge and partial discharge, and improving the operating efficiency and safety of the equipment.

The connector is molded with safe and environmentally friendly silicone rubber. Silicone rubber has excellent insulation, corona and tracking resistance, ensuring stable operation even in harsh electrical environments.

NKS POWER 15(24) kV 250A straight connector adopts a reasonable structural design. It adopts a three-layer peroxide cross-linking process after injection molding to effectively reduce partial discharge. The integrated voltage regulation function can evenly distribute the electric field and prevent insulation breakdown caused by field concentration, thereby improving the electrical performance and service life of the connector.
