Separate the four cores, clamp the armor with the aluminum sleeve, and bind the braided ground wire firmly to the armor.
STEP 3 — WRAP THE SEALING TAPE
Wrap sealing tape over the armor clamp and ground exit with a half-overlap spiral to seal out moisture.
STEP 4 — INSTALL THE 4C BREAKOUT AND HEAT-SHRINK TUBES
Fit the 4C breakout and heat-shrink tubes, then shrink evenly with a soft, moving flame from the center outward.
STEP 5 — WIRE END PROCESSING
Strip the insulation, crimp the cable lugs correctly, and fit the phase-color identification tubes.
Before energizing: secure ground, fully shrunk seals, tight lugs, and correct phase colors.
