Ⅰ. Introduction to 290kV Epoxy Bushing

290 epoxy bushing is mainly used in the inflatable ring network cabinet,it can effectively seal the cabinet insulation medium, with strongsupport fixed effect, make the switch cabinet and cable moreeffectively connected, its rated current can be 630A-1250A, voltagelevel can be used for 12kV and 24kV; casing choose high quality epoxyresin and copper conductive rod, using no local induction network, canshield grounding or connect live display.

Ⅱ. Features of 290kV Epoxy Bushing

1. Excellent Insulation and Sealing Performance

This bushing head perfectly matches SF6 gas-insulated cabinets by sealing the insulation medium inside the cabinet so that there is no possibility for gas leakage, and a stable insulation environment can be maintained. When all detachable cable connectors are used, it gives full shielding and sealing that bars moisture as well as dust and other impurities from entering; thus, safe operation of the electrical system is guaranteed, together with its service life prolonged.

2. Great Conductivity and Strong Durability

The conductive rod comprises T2 copper with a silver-plating treatment. This material conducts very high conductivity, which reduces resistance and hence power losses as well as improves efficiency in power transmission. In addition, since T2 copper has high-strength and tough material, together with rugged protection of epoxy resin casing, it ensures sure cable head keeps stable performance under different harsh environments against high mechanical stresses, keeping the connection reliable.
