The joint between the bushing and cabinet body shall have very good sealing properties so that there is no loss of insulating gases, such as SF6, inside the cabinet. It will maintain the required strength of insulation inside the cabinet while fulfilling environmental requirements.
The mono-block epoxy resin casing not only separates the gas inside and outside the cabinet but also has high strength to electrical insulation. It can effectively protect high voltages from flashing over the surface as well as personnel and equipment safety.
The inner conducting rod is made of high-quality T2 copper with a silver plating process that greatly reduces contact resistance and heat generation by the conductor, enabling long-term, efficient, low-energy power transmission at 250A rated current.
The epoxy resin material has great mechanical strength, able to bear the weights of cables or busbars as well as withstand the electrodynamic forces that operation generates. It provides reliable fixed support.
Epoxy resin material naturally has good performance in UV resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and anti-aging. This makes the sleeve keep stable performance in different complex environmental conditions and long service life.
